Since 1983 Peter and Edwyna Doyle along with their daughters have developed The Bridge Hotel into a venue that has something to offer everyone.
Doyles & Deck & Bistro opened in 1987 it has since been the place to go for fresh seafood and steaks. Our head chef Louie has been with Doyles for over 20 years.
In 1998, the Café bar opened under the guidance of Chef John Resic who has created an eclectic modern menu.
At that same time, the function rooms opened with the beautiful views of the Mordialloc creek
Recently the Californian Style Bridge Bar opened bringing new life to Mordialloc.
